In accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations for “Notification and Public Outreach,” Westview Realty Corp provides herein information relating to environmental investigative and remedial activities being conducted at the above referenced Site. Westview Reality Corp operates a retail service station and repair facility at the site. Chemical constituents associated with prior site operations include Benzene which has previously been detected in ground water. Westview Realty Corp is conducting investigative and remedial activities in accordance with the requirements of the NJDEP to address the chemical constituents detected. In addition, Westview Realty Corp. is completing an evaluation of the environmental impacts from the site including the potential for the contamination from this site to affect indoor air and to ensure that any impacts from the contamination are promptly mitigated.
